Build the estimating database
Once standards are defined, Beck Technology translates them into a functional DESTINI database. This includes line items, pricing, WBS properties, production data, and, when needed, assemblies with the logic and business rules your team requires.Your Core Group reviews, tests, and validates each deliverable to make sure the database reflects how your teams actually estimate.

Next, we configure the tools your team will use every day, including estimate templates, dashboards, reports, branded deliverables, Power BI outputs, and historical cost data.These standards help preconstruction teams produce consistent estimates while giving managers clearer visibility into cost, scope, and project data.

Train the Core Group and run a pilot
Before rollout, your Core Group completes training and validates the full implementation through a pilot project. This typically involves recreating a past or parallel estimate to test the database, templates, deliverables, and workflows in a realistic scenario.Feedback from the pilot is used to refine the system before broader deployment.

Roll out to end users
End users begin with foundational online training, followed by instructor-led rollout training focused on your company’s specific DESTINI content and workflows.Beck Technology scopes training around your user count to maintain an effective learning environment.
